When you purchase a digital product from us, you have 14 days right of withdrawal where you can request a refund.
The product must not be downloaded or used. Digital products may have exceptions to this policy.
We accept payment via Stripe, PayPal, Vipps/MobilePay, and bank transfer. Payment information is processed securely through these providers and is not stored on Potionhost servers.
The company reserves the right to modify payment methods and terms.
Hourly backups protect against data loss. The company uses DDoS protection on all services.
Potionhost disclaims liability for losses caused by system errors or external attacks.
Support channels include a ticket system, email (info@potionhost.com), and Discord. The ticket system is prioritized for technical issues.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your services without notice if terms are violated or systems need protection.
Users may terminate services anytime through the control panel. For subscriptions, termination takes effect at the billing period's end.
No refunds for already-charged periods.
We take protection of personal data seriously, and users should review our privacy policy.
The company may access files, logs, and technical data to maintain services and prevent illegal activity.
Automatic and manual setup options exist. Users bear responsibility for configuration errors.
Users automatically accept Minecraft EULA. Users bear responsibility for EULA compliance.
10GB storage is provided for server-related use only, not private or illegal content.
Dedicated servers require one business day for delivery; VPS provides instant access.
Users must provide one month's notice for cancellation or face an additional month's charge. Security suspension may occur without warning if risks are detected.
You must be at least 18 years old to enter into an agreement with Potionhost and make purchases on your own behalf.
If you are under 18, purchases require consent from a parent or guardian, who is then legally responsible for the agreement.
It is not permitted to overload your server's allocated resources (CPU, RAM, disk, or bandwidth) in a way that affects other customers' services, or to use the service for harassment, spam, DDoS attacks, or other illegal activity.
Violations may result in immediate suspension or termination of the service without prior notice and without right to a refund.
Unwarranted chargebacks of payments made without first contacting our support are considered an attempt at fraud and may result in immediate closure of your account and all associated services without refund.
In case of suspected fraud, we reserve the right to refer the matter to the police and relevant payment providers.
Store credit issued in connection with refunds, promotions, or cancelled orders is not paid out in cash and can only be used for future purchases at Potionhost.
Gift cards and discount codes are valid for the period stated at issuance and cannot be exchanged for cash or combined unless otherwise stated.
All content on potionhost.com, including text, design, logos, and images, belongs to Potionhost I/S and may not be copied or reused without prior written permission.
Game names, logos, and trademarks mentioned on the site, including Minecraft, Steam, and other games, belong to their respective rights holders. Potionhost is not affiliated with these companies.
These terms and conditions are governed by Danish law.
Any dispute that cannot be resolved amicably shall be settled by the Danish courts, with Potionhost's registered venue as the default jurisdiction, unless mandatory consumer protection rules provide otherwise.
